Hello & welcome . . .

Counselling can help you to work through things that are troubling you, which may be preventing you from fully enjoying your life. It can also help you to get through profound personal crises.
I am a Person-Centred counsellor, working in private practice in therapy rooms in West London, Bedford and Milton Keynes. I offer both individual and couple counselling. My own personal counselling journey started with a counselling skills course to help me in a challenging work role, and from there I completed a full counselling training. I am known for being warm and empathic, sensitive to clients and whatever issues they bring, and for being able to accompany people, within a sincere relationship, through deeply painful experiences, maintaining the professional stance you would expect from a Counsellor.
This website tells you more about me, my experience, and how I work.
Do feel free to contact me in complete confidence, by phone, e-mail, or through the contact/enquiry form, for more information or to make an initial appointment.
