Cancellation Policy
Where possible, sessions are re-scheduled in the same week, to maintain continuity.
Cancellations with under 24-hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. As therapy rooms are hired, cancellations of under 36-hours are subject to fees : £25 London, £20 Bedford/Milton Keynes.
